About the event

Your DP deserves the best teachers. Let’s talk about how to find them (and keep them.)

Attracting educators to your Diploma Programme that perfectly fit your school’s culture is about more than filling vacancies. It’s about creating an environment where teachers want to work, grow, and make a lasting impact.

For coordinators and school leaders, DP Leadership Conversations promises to be a dynamic and open discussion with experienced school leaders who have walked the talk.

So if you’re curious about:

  • How you can position your school to attract DP educators that fit your school’s context and budget?
  • Which innovative recruitment strategies work across different contexts?
  • How you can train and empower teachers to excel in the DP?
  • How schools can prioritise teacher wellbeing to improve retention?

Ask Damian, Stephanie, Giles and Frank all your burning questions on how to attract, train, and retain teachers who align with your school’s vision.

Agenda
  • Panel discussion (45 mins): Learn from DP leaders who’ve successfully implemented best practices to recruit and retain top talent at their schools.
  • Open Q&A (45 mins): Get answers to your questions and advice on how to best approach your unique challenges.

Join us for this interactive discussion where we’re not just sharing strategies—we’re building a community of DP leaders ready to learn from each other, share best practices, and tackle shared challenges together.
