Chris Gadbury
Chris has worked within the Primary Years Programme since 2008 both as a Class Teacher and a Visual Arts Teacher. Chris is best known for his quirky art videos on his popular website ‘ArtLesson.blog’, as well as his widely recognised poster ‘Making the Enhanced PYP Simple’ which can be seen on the walls of IB schools around the world. Chris is also known for his illustrated storybook series which was the topic of his 2019 TEDx talk where he shared how he informs students about global issues whilst encouraging them to come up with solutions. Chris has designed learning resources for numerous organisations and his illustrations are featured in a broad range of educational publications. Chris is a TeachSDG’s Ambassador and is regularly commissioned as a sketchnote artist by the United Nations.
