What is The Learning Jam?

The Learning Jam is a community initiative by Toddle. It is a 24 hours global virtual conference designed to support educators in supercharging STEAM education from K-12.

1. Terms of Participation

1.1 For attendees

By registering for or by participating in The Learning Jam acknowledge and agree to the following:

1.1.1 Toddle may use your comments, questions, feedback or any other communication with Toddle with regards to The Learning Jam in its promotional materials.

1.1.2 You irrevocably consent to Toddle using these in any format as deemed appropriate by Toddle without any fees. This may include, but not limited to, use in a promotional video, photograph, public display commercials, promotional emails, social media handles, brochures, displays on Toddle’s website and on the internet in general.

1.1.3 Toddle will collect your email ID to register you for The Learning Jam and may contact you from time to time with updates on The Learning Jam. You consent to Toddle sending you updates about The Learning Jam on your email ID.

1.1.4 You acknowledge and agree that you will not create audio or video recording of any part or whole of the presentations shared by panellists, workshop leaders, and keynote speakers without their explicit permission. All downloadable content will be made available on the Toddle website and you may only use the same for accessing these.

1.1.5 You acknowledge and agree that you do not have any rights over any Intellectual Property shared during The Learning Jam.

1.2 For Presenters (workshop leaders, panelists, keynote speakers)

By participating in The Learning Jam, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1.2.1 Toddle may use your photos, videos, comments, or any other such likenesses with Toddle with regards to The Learning Jam in any of its promotional materials.

1.2.2 You irrevocably consent to Toddle using these in any format as deemed appropriate by Toddle without any fees. This may include, but not limited to, use in a promotional video, photograph, public display commercials, promotional emails, social media handles, brochures, displays on Toddle’s website and on the internet in general.

1.2.3 You give to Toddle an irrevocable right to use any resources that you may use during your presentation sessions in any way deemed appropriate by Toddle. Toddle may reproduce, create a derivative of, add, edit, modify or change the resources in any way that it deems appropriate. Toddle may also share these resources through their website, emails, blog posts, social media handles, or by other means. The resources may include but are not limited to any video or audio recordings of the session, the relevant session presentation, any related documents such as checklists, lists, reading references or any other downloadables created by you or Toddle and shared during The Learning Jam. If you have a separate agreement with Toddle for this, then that agreement will supersede this Policy.

1.3 General guidelines for all participants

1.3.1 You acknowledge and agree that you will keep civility in all your interactions with other Participants, including the presenters, at all times.

1.3.2 You acknowledge and agree that you will always be respectful of others, appreciate their perspectives and avoid conflict and arguments in all events of The Learning Jam.

1.3.3 You acknowledge and agree that you will refrain from using language that may be deemed as offensive or negatively refers to a participant’s race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, qualifications, age, genetic information, or, physical appearance at all times during all The Learning Jam events.

1.3.4 You acknowledge and agree that you will maintain professional conduct at all times during all The Learning Jam events.

2. Data privacy

Toddle may collect user information of all attendees for legitimate business purposes as per Toddle’s Privacy Policy.

3. Reporting an issue and contact information for any queries

If you feel that a participant is not adhering to these expectations, please report the same to misbah@toddleapp.com
