There is no cap on this. Your school will get a USD 500 discount for every successful referral that you make. If you make 10 successful referrals, your school will get a discount of USD 5,000.

A successful referral happens when your referred school subscribes to one of Toddle’s premium products (Planning Pro or 360). You are encouraged to make as many referrals as you can. Please note that a referral will be considered eligible for rewards only if the school team hasn’t already done a demo with our team.

Yes, you can refer schools in any region. We understand that you may have a global network. Please note that Referral program benefits are NOT applicable for Toddle Play deals.

Not really. Toddle supports all progressive curriculum frameworks so you can refer any school as long as you think they will benefit from Toddle.

Yes, since a part of the rewards are given to your school, anyone in your school can make a referral. However, we strongly encourage discussing with your school teams internally, collating referrals and sharing them as a single source. This would help make the process more efficient for you and for us! :)

Yes, you may do so. However, please make sure that you make it clear that you are a part of the referral program. Do avoid messaging that may dilute the credibility of your advocacy for Toddle.

While we recommend using personal connections, social media platforms can also be a strong medium for your advocacy of Toddle. However, it is important that the communication used on social media is framed well and is genuine.

We will send you an onboarding email that will have a step-by-step process guide, email templates, testimonials, case studies, and demo videos that you can use.

Yes. We, in fact, encourage you to do so. However, please do check with your connection if their school has already signed up for Toddle or has already been referred by another individual before you connect us.

We will maintain full transparency throughout the referral process. We will notify you when a school you referred completes their demo, sets up a pilot, signs their contract and completes their bill payment. We will also send periodic summary emails.
